At Fjell & Fjord, we like to keep things simple and flexible when it comes to shipping. Here's the lowdown:
Processing Time
We usually get your order sorted the same or next business days after you've placed it.
Domestic Shipping (Within Canada)
If you're ordering within Canada, we offer a no-frills standard shipping option via regular mail. Just a heads up, standard shipping doesn't come with a tracking number. But if you want to keep tabs on your package, you can opt for expedited shipping during checkout.
Expedited Domestic Shipping
Need a bit more speed and security? Choose our expedited shipping option. It includes a handy tracking number. The cost of expedited shipping depends on where you live and will be calculated at checkout.
International Shipping
For now, we ship only to Canada and United States. We're working on sorting out world wide deliveries, so stay tuned.

Order Tracking
International orders come with automatic tracking, so you can follow your package's journey. If you're staying within Canada and want a tracking number, remember to select expedited shipping at checkout.
Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping info before hitting that order button. We can't be responsible for packages sent to the wrong spot due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If a package shows up as "delivered" but you can't find it, don't worry – we've got you covered. Reach out to us, and we'll help you sort it out.
Undeliverable Packages
Sometimes packages come back to us as undeliverable. No sweat, we'll get in touch with you to figure out the next steps. There might be some additional shipping fees involved.
